We are considering developing a resort-style retirement community in South Florida featuring Indian food (vegetarian and non-vegetarian prepared in separate kitchens) as well as gourmet American/European food, a prayer room and meditation courtyard, yoga classes, Indian-related courses and Bollywood movies. Additional amenities include a state-of-the-art exercise room, sauna and massage facilities, card and game rooms and an art studio. Community spaces offer residents a place to come together for cocktail parties and great entertainment. The location gives residents easy access to nearby Temples, art shows in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, theatres, and shopping.
